Canonically, Godzilla has always been smaller that MechaGodzilla by roughly 25 meters. King Ghidorah towers over Godzilla by 50 meters. Gigan is somewhat shorter than Godzilla, and Mothra has always been the smallest of the Godzilla club.

You are somewhat incorrect Gigan has always been taller than Godzilla Showa Mechag and 2017 Mechag are 50 metes tall Ghidorah is 30 some to 50 meters taller (most iterations) and 10 meters shorter (GMK) than godzilla

Out of all of them, Gigan looks the most well made and looks the closest to his movie counterpart. That being said, if they released a Rodan or Anguirus (but mostly Rodan) egg, I would buy the crap out of them.

I'm not a fan of Godzilla tbh, but it seems to me that Mothra's "worm mode" is probably a stand for the actual moth mode. When he did a 360 I notice two connections on the bottom of the moth and the back of the larva that may connect. It would make sense that they could do it as a 'before and after' and to allow the moth to be displayed like the others.
