Also kratos lifted nine realms, a.k.a planets, survived ares deadly wave, but kratos didn’t get a scratch, and solved many puzzles, other gods will never solve. Also the sword which can kill immortals, didn’t kill Kratos.

Kratos is the guy who wiped out most, if not all (I've only played one of the games, I'm sorry), of the Greek gods in his universe (and completely destroying Greece), including his father, Zeus, who just so happens to be Wonder Woman's father in the DC universe. As a result, he carries a huge amount of guilt. He resents his heritage and godly status, and just wants to be left alone and live out his days in peace. When he's pushed to his limit in a fight, he can lose himself in his bloodlust and go into Rage Mode, which is what happened when he was glowing red. When it showed him back home, that was him remembering his wife, who taught him how to control his anger, which is why he stopped going crazy on Superman. The axe was a final gift from his wife, who, unfortunately, passed away, which is why he was sad when it was destroyed. It has ice powers, although we don't see them used here, and rivals Mjolnir (Thor's hammer) in power. The reason it can hurt Superman is because it's magic; something the Man of Steel can't defend against. So, theoretically, there's a good chance the axe could actually kill Superman if Kratos landed a good hit. If they ever actually fought, I mean. Fun fact: Superman isn't just vulnerable to kryptonite. Like I said earlier, his invulnerability does NOT protect him against magic (at least not as effectively as it does against everything else). And, at least in some continuities, Superman doesn't do so well against nuclear radiation. There's been at least two instances in which he was hit by a nuke and almost died. So, theoretically, if Superman fought Godzilla, Godzilla could actually do some serious damage. Maybe even kill him, idk.
