While the Heisei Era isn't a trilogy, the last 3 movies have Godzilla Junior as a vital point in the story, so yeah, you could consider it a Trilogy. Personally I like to call it The Heir Trilogy, as Junior was Godzilla's true successor as the King of the Monsters
