I like how Kong’s hatred of Godzilla is explained, and why he’d follow Godzilla and attack him for seemingly no reason in part 1. The Skullcrawlers are finally seen, and Ghidorah is probably somewhere around the corner. I’m ready for Part 6! Probably ending with Ghidorah’s return, and Godzilla and Kong teaming up.

Ok, so here is my theory. In official GvK novel, it's said that there was war between Godzilla's species and Kong's species in hollow earth. Godzilla's won war, and Kong's needed to migrate to island. Godzilla is older than Kong, wich makes it possible, that he was child/teen during war, wich might make him hate Kongs. We also see Ghidorah, Muto PRIME and obv Scull crawlers. We know that Ghidorah controls Scull crawlers, based on KOTM novel. In same novel, it's said that Kong didn't obeyed Ghidorah. So we can assume that his species would also not obey. So Ghidorah and Scull crawlers might want to take out Kongs. Muto Prime is still active, wich means that he didn't took out Dagon yet(Read Godzilla: After Shock). Wich can mean, that multiple Godzilla's are on island. Thanks to fact, that Muto's Prime prey are Godzilla's, he might go there, to make regular Muto's. That's why he is on island. Basing on fact, that there are probably only few Godzilla's left at that time, Kongs not being able tp fight many Giant Scull Crawlers, and fact that there is FCKING GHIDORAH AND PRIME, we can assume, that most of Godzilla's died here, cuz they were overuned. As i explained before, Godzilla or Dagon, wants to take out Ghidorah, and they hate Kongs(Cuz war in hollow earth). So if any Kong would stand in their way, they will kill him(For example, that one Kong who got beamed). Tl;DR: Godzilla hates Kong, Ghidorah wants to kill Kongs, Godzilla wants to kill Ghidorah, and by accident kills few Kongs. Muto Prime wants to kill Godzilla's.

The concept alone makes sense to me. If there was a war between Godzilla's species and Kong's for whatever reason, it stands to reason for me, Ghidorah's arrival decimated both. Leaving only one standing up to him, Godzilla himself. Kong's people depleting over time.

What’s even more scary is the fact that it’s not just godzilla attacking the kong species, it’s even the big villains like muto prime and ghidorah, basically, your just screwed and no where to go at all.
