This shapeshifting kaiju is known as Bagan he has crazy abilities such as like energy spikes, energy barriers, energy claw slashes, gravity manipulation, levitation, reflect attacks back at enemies and most importantly to shapeshift into different forms even other Godzilla enemies. he was actually gonna be the monster to fight heisei Godzilla in 1995 but was replaced by destroayh, he was proposed to be in many Godzilla movies but kept getting replaced by a other kaiju and has never been in an actual movie.

The first one somebody already suggested so I'll do it eventually Godzilla Vs. Rudy seems very unfair because Godzilla is like 10 times bigger than Rudy Po and Tai Lung Vs. The Chameleon. Now I kinda do have a future thing planned called Kung Fu Panda 4 (But How the Fans Wanted It) which is similar If I ever do Alternate Cut for Godzilla Vs. RG, my friends are gonna hate me for that Lots of these are interesting ideas regardless, I'll look into some of them in the future

She didn't. Plus she didn't even steal Tai Lung's Kung Fu in order to turn into him. The Chameleon seems like she doesn't have to take the Kung Fu/Power of anyone in order to shapeshift into them "Just because I look like Tai Lung doesn't mean I can fight like him" - The Chameleon
