🏋️ This is the first workout in the challenge. Try Chest & Back next: • UPPER BODY - Muscle Up...
This workout includes 11 leg exercises to build muscle in the quads, glutes and hammies. It's a no repeater too, providing lots of variety.
Warm-up and post workout stretch included. At the end of the video, I share tips on how to optimize the workouts in the mini series to help you build muscle. Here a few:
1) Make sure you work hard enough during the 40 seconds for each exercise that you don't have much left in the tank by the time the 40 seconds is up.
2) If you find the 20 seconds rest is not enough, pause the video. Recovery is key.
3) Make sure you do this workout 2x this week to optimize gains through a higher volume of leg work.
Focus on being mindful of all your movements. Practice engagement. Increase intensity over time with longer holds, more reps, and maybe use heavier dumbbells once you're feeling stronger in your movements.
