Usually, when young lawyers begin law practice, they join a chamber of a senior lawyer as a junior to learn the rope, make some initial name and get used to the rigorous practice of law. However, everyone's dream is to go independent one day. What are the challenges you face when you try to go independent? How to overcome those challenges?
We had with us Adv. Chetan Priyadarshi. An alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune, he started off his career in litigation in 2013 in Delhi. Today, he is an independent advocate with his practice ranging from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to the Supreme Court.

Hi, I want to become a Judge but in higher judiciary and want to practice as an advocate for that. Can u please guide me about the right and more successful way of becoming a Judge??? Please reply.

I guess there is nothing such specific you have to practice as an advocate to appear for higher judiciary.

Either you have to practice as n advocate else you can paas the state judiciary exam to be selected as a judge in session/civil courts and later on you can be promoted as a High Court Judge

GOI is planning to bring an AIJE - All Indian Judiciary Examination soon. So, that can also be a good opportunity. I'm also preparing for the same.
