before chapter two was released, there was a bug where if you were bouncing on a trampoline and lagging it would send you higher than it was supposed to, allowing you to jump over a barrier and stand on it. i used this to skip the red and blue boss fight and skip getting the sword

I think the boat has some connection with the Ghost Dagger, since it is the next dagger we'll find, seen in the story slots after the MC beats the Bubonic Plant and finishing the Turitopolis storyline. Boats like that just looks like the ones you'd find in a captain-ghost movie.

The leaks are quite helpful to see. as what we see in this vid a pirate and a heli is shown on screen pirate could be demo 4 and heli could be demo 3 like at movies like how you escape zombies. Ive only noticed like 2 guards blocking entrances to gated that lead somewhere one in train station and one near docks. I speculate that we'll be going to another town to meet someone in particular that shedletsky wants us to save. And I think docks will be water bending.

My theory: the pirate ship is there because we will get to the haunted mansion through an pirate ship after arriving to somekind of dock where you can rent a pirate ship
