I would like to introduce four good places and shops that I took a detour to while staying at Matsunoura Bettei.
This is my impression after actually going there, so I hope it will be helpful.
①Kinoshita restaurant
A popular restaurant that requires reservations. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant (please let us know when you make a reservation that you have a dog).The interior of the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere for people of all ages, and the food is delicious, so we highly recommend this restaurant.
1036-34 Kitahira, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture
The 2nd place for cherry blossom viewing in Shiga is Miidera, and the 3rd place is Lake Biwa Canal.It's great that you can enjoy both of these. You can park at the Miidera parking lot and walk around.
Walk around slowly and get hungry before heading out for lunch.
Please note that if you don't arrive by 9:00, you will have to wait in the parking lot.
