All chocolates and takis contain nuts as I checked and cereals contains nuts including ice creams includes nuts beware

Oh no I fell in concrete in Phuket and passed out as I fell on my knee and it bled a lot

@@lifeaswegomez I see…🤔. Falling on concrete is the absolute worst 😤. Reminds me of when I was in my old neighborhood, a few years back, and I was going for an afternoon bike ride and next thing Ik I fall off the bike, scraped my knee, bled, and had to apply rubbing alcohol afterwards 😖😭. It’s all healed now, fast forward a few years. But, I sure hope her knee is on the mend ❤️‍🩹! Same with Hallie’s knee injury!

Also, off the topic of dance, but, can you let Hallie and Livvy know I said thank you to them for being such inspirations to me, in regards to stepping out of my comfort zone? I’m especially seeing this thru them doing dance and with Hallie being kinda a newbie to the dance competition world (but kinda not too), as Ik she did crew last year then with her company at this year and already competed at Act 1 Talent and Precision Arts. Then, Hallie doing facials on stage like a seasoned dancer and then Livvy now learning it from Hallie! ❤️ It’s amazing for me to see them both influence each other’s dance career!!! Could you also let Stella know that she’s also an inspiration to me in regards to staying curious about the world around us and just being open to more and more exploration. Could you also let Ty know that I find him an inspiration to me too for being responsible and disciplined and accountable? U and Marcos are also inspirations to me too. Marcos for being a PA and has influenced my interest in healthcare/medicine since that is my major at my university. And u for showing me what’s it’s like to lead by example and all the hard work that goes into one’s daily life in order to be able to provide for the family and for raising the kiddos up right, so my utmost respects goes to you and Marcos. ❤️ All of you are inspirations to me in one way or the other, even as a student at university.
