Going to Disney Springs AMC Dine-In Theater | Food Review | Watching the Movie Redeeming Love

At the Dine-In side (recliners only sadly), I noticed the majority of auditoriums actually have non-stadium seating (unlike the non-recliners side where it has Dolby), while fewer have stadium seating where they show older films and they’re fairly small. These are according to the seating charts I looked at via the AMC app. I must say that non-stadium is sometimes very obsolete by today’s standards. Since the Dine-In side is a mixture of flat and stadium, honestly I kinda feel like they should’ve put in fewer more stadiums in the first place, especially one of the big ones that normally shows new releases, but oh well 🤷♂️

An ideal full course meal at an AMC dine-in imo would be first boneless wings, then a cobb salad, then a burger with tots on the side, and then a sundae.

Next door to where I live, dine in theater service there is a little better at this AMC. We did have a Dinner and Movie theater that went out of business because of corona, and in that time, another chain B&B took over their place. I mostly choose to eat my lunch or dinner (depending on the time) elsewhere beforehand and then just buy a large popcorn and a large drink at the theater concessions. Anything else at my AMC can be bought much cheaper at the gas station for the most part.

Looks like your Multiplexes in the US are way superior to what we have in the UK... here there are no dine in options,... and some of the seats are really tiny, This looks so much better. Also, Im trying to work out the butter thing on your popcorn... here we just get sweet or salted and theres no butter

Oh really? That was our first time there. Maybe some of the other rooms had better seats. We will have to go back!

How early do you recommend getting there? And gift card, did you use an AMC gift card or a Disney one?

Hello! We bought our tickets online ahead of time and it was reserved seats so we knew we would already have a place to sit. We got there about 30 minutes before it started and it really didn’t take that long to get the food. We used an AMC gift card. Not completely sure but we don’t think they accept Disney gift cards, just AMC. We would recommend buying tickets ahead of time and if it’s a crazy popular movie, maybe getting there 45 minutes early so you can order and get your food before the movie. Hope that helps!

If I buy the Disney dine in ticket that doesn’t include the food? You have to pay the food separate?

Great question! Based on their website, it appears that 6 of the theaters offer dine-in. It seems that the ticket for the movie is only for the movie and once you are in your seat, you would order the food at an additional cost. Other theaters we have been that offer a dine-in option operate this way. The ticket price is just for a movie and the food is an additional cost. Hello! Thanks for watching! The picture is going to be just like any theater. There are different screens that are probably higher definition than others but Avatar would be playing on one of those screens because of how popular it is. The thing we loved in our theater were the heated reclining seats, especially if it’s chilly outside. From what we can remember, there was like an armrest in between but pretty sure you can raise it up so that there is nothing in between. Watching Avatar there would be sweet! Hope that helps!

hey I just saw you video loved it. I have a question to ask. can you use your credit card to buy the dine in? does the person bring you your food after you ordered. I'm planning to do that in a couple weeks and I don't know what to do. please help.

Hey there! Thanks for watching! So the way it works is you order the food at the counter and can pay with a card before you go into the theater. Once you get in to the theater, they will bring you the food. Also, you can buy your tickets online, which we recommend, and it looks like you can order food online and then pick it up before you go in the theater. We did the tickets online, then ordered at counter at theater, went to our seats and waited for them to bring it to us! Did that answer your question?

@@thealtemlife Yes but do they accept credit cards such as capital one cause that's the one i have and i don't know if they do take capital one card. That's what i'm worried about. Sorry i don't mean to be too anxious but i really want to get the dine in. And i don't know if they accept capital one card.

No worries! This is all we could find on their website: “At the box office, we accept cash, AMC Gift Cards or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, no bartering. Online orders can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also purchase online with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and BitPay.” However, if I were you, I would give them a call just to double check! Hope that helps!
