Soon after thanksgiving, on the October new moon, and 2 weeks before one of the most important initiations of my life, I met with my fellow witches in the woods and went to our Samhain witch camp. The truth is that I had every intention of filming a video that was similar in format to my first witch camp video at Beltane. But, this camp didn’t go as planned for me.
Samhain is a time of transformation and alchemy. it marks the end of a cycle, the end of the wheel of the year and many of us witches call it the witches new year. At this time on the wheel we welcome death and transformation as we end cycles and patterns, as we sacrifice the parts of ourselves that are no longer serving us and as we declare our intentions for our growth through the next turn of the wheel.
While at Witch camp, spirit asked me to look at my deepest wounds and sit with the emotions of it all. I was thrust into a moment where I began to understand how to alchemize my pain into my empowerment. This is the story of that journey.

journey it is :) i´ve been getting it on with the snow element now that the sun is returning again.. we match so well, me in my white armor (winter jacket). always find your own elements, there´s so many!

for example they didn´t think the swamp was the same as earth or water, which it isn´t (often had a different guardian-spirit). anyone can tell the forest from the trees, but once you start telling the branches from the trees then you´re in it :) it doesn´t go wider, it goes deeper, more and more detailed. that´s why when they say the creators father sky and mother earth, bro, that´s when you start out :)

My partner broke up with me during Samhain, which really hurt me and brought up past trauma, so I understand the feeling of dissociation and having to do lots of shadow work. It's inspiring to see you move out of your maiden phase and onto whatever lies ahead! Your power will shine when you need it most. Blessings upon you
