The Flash draws his power from the speed force, which increases with the movement of other people (except reverse flash but that's not relevant to this discussion) one time he got two entire planets to run a marathon so he could win a race against beings who can teleport and he won. Basically what I'm saying is, the faster Sonic goes, the faster the Flash would be able to go.

The rights with Sonic are really tricky, Paramount owns specifically movie Sonic and his universe. And a side note, for figures, that Super Sonic you got is the game version of Sonic, Jakks does actually make a whole side line of movie specific toys under the Sonic 2 name! They're great figures.
