2 жыл бұрынOne of the main reasons why I haven't uploaded many videos recently, joined my local union a month ago and been going through the transition and how to brake the news. Wanted to wait a month in order to talk about the differences.

Congrats on joining the union! I joined after 6 years in the trade, and it’s the best thing I’ve done in my career so far! Very happy with the work conditions Cheers from IBEW Local 490!

I worked for berg electric back in 2002-2004 and then join local 11 working primarily in the LA school district which was great until I moved to Arkansas in 2007 . I love it here working for good a company . The paid is way lower but houses are cheaper

working on a podcast perhaps to talk about all these topics, I know I get common questions often so soon. but as far for my process was very easy. If you are a JW I would definitely call and ask, good luck!

Get your journeymans first, I heard it's a real hassle for apprentices in SD. I'm going there too but after I journey out

@@jragadio getting in mostly but, I heard the San Diego one specifically has some pretty picky and harsh guys when it comes to apprentices. Idk find somewhere you can kind of go incognito and improve your skills without the pressure and harassment of other guys... I mean there's gonna be a little bit of that everywhere tho, My first year I had the foreman just tell me " you're useless and too slow so just stand there" I can't lie tho I say that same thing to some guys that are just too new

Can you do a in depth video of your experience with weca and the non union route , I live in la and they called me back because I failed my multi craft alt test the first time but passed the others . Have a second chance now. Tyia

Dang bro congrats, I follow you on IG I didn't know you were on KZfaq subbed forsure. I have a question tho, Doesn't California only require you to have only 8000 hours under a C10 licensed employer for journeyman test??? So why couldn't you leave berg electric and finish collecting your hours with another company???

What's going on man! thank you for the support! and for my apprenticeship the required to have 8,000 OTH, complete the 5 year program and your journeyman exam. They did not allow me to transfer before that resulting in not following their rules and me being able to get kicked out! before I finished.. which I made the decision to just ride it out until I finished 100%

I hear Local 569 has lots of worms. That's why they call it the "worm farm." Two of the biggest worms are Carlos Vargas and Paul Roberts.
