Gege’s writing is just stained by him prefering certain characters over others while openly hating some of them and all of it shows. Yuji fighting this hard together with Todo, after Sukuna being weakened to the point where he can’t even use dismantles should’ve been enough. But no, he has to bring back Yuta because he’s one of his favourites, in Gojo’s body, to troll the audience. There was no need to go back to “Gojo” vs Sukuna domain clash battles. Finally it made completely sense why Sukuna was weakened enough so Yuji and Todo can kill him.

Long ass msg but here we go he has his memories, mannerisms, tendencies, and emotions etc he will just do what Gojo did perfectly through as stated in the previous chapters that its engraved into their bodies Yuta with the Kenjaku ct usage will have all of his memories and experiences thoroughly engraved into him now on top of his own. Kenjaku's ct was like that so if he took over someone who had greater x y or z rct usage or ce refinement simple domain or so on he could just take/add it to his arsenal without needing to practice it he just stacked experience fr. Without something like Yuji using the Merger's power to bring back dead people (kind of like how Naruto could perform impossible healing feats in the war arc), there are barely any believable ways for the actual Gojo to be brought back. He could be reincarnated like the culling games fighters (that would require a human sacrifice, so I doubt he'd want to do that). The cursed corpse technique method you mentioned is another possibility, but I'm not even sure that the being is even the original and not just a copy of their "soul information" (a term that's been thrown around a couple of times in the series, but we still don't know the specifics of any of that). There's also that weird "Cursed Realm" (which may have had text which was a bad translation) during the manga scene where Kenjaku could seemingly enter this black void area and talk to dead sorcerers. If (the real) Gojo ever comes back, I now think that it will be in a somewhat different form (maybe an artificial body, maybe just human with some power nerfing, etc) and will be closer to the end of the series when more information is released regarding how certain jujutsu mechanics function.

Maybe. Or maybe Gege does a Heian Era spin off and we see Kenjaku as a menace back then. I can see a hype return, but I just don't think he _needs_ to return. Just like Gojo, who's ideals and influence still stand and we get flashbacks to, Kenjaku's ideals and influence is still felt and we'll likely get more details on what he has done. We don't need him to completely return, just like Gojo, the result of his past actions speak for themselves even at this point of the story.

Doing what Kenjaku did for Sukuna is not something that should be easy or let alone possible for just one sorcerer to for themselves. Not saying he can't possibly have a plan/work-around, but his own words seem to be conclusive, he did go out with Takaba as his final real opponent. Binding Vows need to sacrifice something you hold valuable. The closest thing I can see being possible is that Kenjaku has some type of "off-spring" that can enjoy the merger for him. His "my will shall be passed on". He can't (nor should) cheat death so easily, even Yuta very unique set of circumstances to simply avoid dying. I really think you're hyper fixating on something that the manga is not really giving us any leads towards. I think at best kenjaku has a family/off-spring, I don't think it's bad writing for the story to focus on the ideals/actions while also focusing on the present threat of Sukuna and potentially the merger. Wether Kenjaku returns or not, I just think Gege will do whatever is consistent for his message, and rn I think that means he stays dead the narrative is emphasized with other living characters and the results of Kenny's actions. (If dying was in his plans he wouldn't have been so pissed off and specifically said that he won't be able to see the merger. I just think you're loosing/veering off from what is in the book, and that's the sort of things that make people/fans not see the peak shonen writing we keep getting each chapter as Gege keep unfolding and polishing the message and narrative of the story.)

Even if you argue he only split his soul once, that's still half of his powe he didn't just kept away but also now permanently lost. As per the binding vows- when Gojo is freed and goes to Kenjaku, he sees Sukuna and says it's likely that Sukuna needs to stay nearby Kenjaku due to a binding vow. Like we've seen with Mechamaru, Kenjaku might have split Sukuna's soul in echange for something/some favor from Sukuna(be it "stay at this proximity" or just "protect me against Gojo", or "kill the six eyes user", the point is Gojo points it out because even if we don't know what it is, every other culling game member re-incarnated with the condition that they participate in said culling games. Sukuna re-incarnated before the culling games, we don't know the exact conditions but they have to exist. And when Sukuna did it himself he was putting his entire soul, not splitting it, perhaps the risk involved plus the 'enchain' binding vow were limitations enough, perhaps putting all your soul in one object to transfer quickly is just easier. But let's not conflate one thing with another, the rules have remained consistent, and I don't like this last argument but it's just "common sense" that Gege wouldn't want to break his power system by making re-incarnation such a cheap gimmick.

Huh? Bruh, I know damn well u didn't expect a yuta/gojo merge. It meets the world's rules, and the plot stays consistent. Kenny staying alive after being stabbed and eaten wouldn't have. We were taught Yuta could learn techniques by eating people's carcasses since his fight in the culling games with Uro. It's just that Gege kept that plot point low-key enough that we never thought yuta could eat Kenny and gain his CT to take over Gojo. Also, I'm not too sure what you meant by that refrigerated remark, but there's no implied time expiration from the story in which Kenny's technique wouldn't work. It may not be the most satisfying conclusion to yutas' plans, but it makes sense within jjk lore.

The plan they had for Yuta wouldn't have worked for Gojo because ultimately that would have prologued the inevitable, but for Yuta he can actually switch bodies. This means all they had to do was give Yuta enough time for him to switch bodies with Gojo.

Yuta is literally on death's door and likely will be dead in 5 minutes. He even says that only reason that he's still conscious is because of rika and is keeping his brain active by using nitta and the sugar guys' ct. They PLANNED for this to happen just in case gojo lost but gojo himself didn't think he would lose so why would he have a plan for him losing. If he were humble and not overconfident then they would have planned for a way to keep him alive but he wasn't. Just suck it up and admit that gojo is dead and he's NOT COMING BACK. Weakened World Slash that Yuta survived because Sukuna was just hit with jacobs ladder and a bunch more attacks since that first world slash on gojo that also had binding vows on it. It makes sense the #3 sorcerer would survive a weakened version of it. Also Yuta is the only one that can swap bodies to survive, both of them die if Yuta doesn’t have Rika and Kenjakus CT. You are the one that needs to gain some reading comprehension.
