His transformation of the Saiyan would also be the peak of the species, as the Omnitrix modify the species into the peak of the alien species, meaning it could surpass Goku or Broly. However, his experience would the alien is vastly different. He might have all the Saiyans' abilities, including Ultra Instinct, but it means nothing if he can't utilize them properly. Goku has more experienced in combat than Ben, so having a peak species doesn't mean the most efficient one if you're a noob at it. Honestly, Goku would be happy to train Ben's Saiyan form just so he can fight someone on his level.

No, Ben would have access to all the transformations. The only thing he wouldn't have is techniques. I also have UI but wouldn't be able to use it because he does not understand how it works

@@togeluga_the_cat What the commenter said above me. He would have it, but he doesn't know how to use it. With enough time, he could understand it. He's a genius if he weren't so lazy in learning. He can access Ultra Instinct if he trains hard enough, but Ben isn't the type to focus on one alien as he prefers to be diverse with his transformations, so his Saiyan form, while powerful and the peak of the species, is lacking in so many things.
