We spent a couple of days filming in our home state, checking out some of the best things to see, do and eat in the central part of the GC. I'm born and raised in San Diego but the Gold Coast just seems to have that extra magic and wonder that is missing in California. I visited Brisbane a few years ago and absolutely loved it as well. Your channel is amazing and I love your beautiful smile. Keep up the magic!

Wow, so much recognition 🥰, especially in Surfers Paradise. If I could, I would go back instantly to January 2020 when I was there, just before the pandemic begun. I am thrilled to try skydiving, but I was a little confused by all this Matts. Burleigh looks cozy 🤗. Keep up the good videos and have a nice week 🤙

I have been to Gold Coast back in April 2010 and had a fantastic time with my father. We stayed at The Vibe Hotel on the Gold Coast and this hotel was fantastic. I was able to see the Pacific Ocean during sunrise. Also, I had a good time on the Gold Coast where we headed to Movieworld, Sea World and Dream World. Gold Coast was a fantastic place to stay during 3 days.

Ahhh yes, I know The Vibe! It's in a great location :) The theme parks on the Gold Coast are so much fun - we have annual passes to Dreamworld so we can visit quite often. I hope you get to visit the GC again one day soon - it has changed a lot since you were there last. P x

Love love love your vlogs. We moving to QLD soon and you have been so helpful. Your a lovely couple and can’t wait for your next vlog. What are your recommendations on areas to relocate ? Would you do a blog on relocating and best affordable areas? I’m from Sydney hubby from Melbourne P.s melbourne is so windy and cold can’t , Sydney too fast paced. Can’t wait to move to Gold Coast

I ran into your channel when surfing the web for tips on moving to Aus from New Zealand and has cemented my dream of moving to Australia which is hopefully happening by the end of this year. after going to Aus in 2015, I fell in love with the beautiful weather that QLD posesses. -EDIT- You talk about the importance of hiring cars on the gold coast and I was curious about that, is there public transports that can take you far beyond the reaches of the GC or is it better to hire a vehicle. I know that there is public transport on the Coast that can take you places like from Broadbeach to Broadwater Parklands and surfer's paradise to GC university and busses that stop at touristy places like sea world and movie world, but I was curious about whether or not there are busses and trains that take you to the in-betweeny places (Or would you need to take a car to go to those sorts of places like burleigh or mermaid waters etc)

Hello! So glad you found our channel and thanks for watching 😍🙏🏼 There is public transport that can take you throughout the Gold Coast. But Australia is big and our public transport isn’t the same as you might see in NYC, London or Singapore so using it to get around can be time consuming and it may not be possible to get some places outside the Gc.
