I so was looking forward to this series as like a lot of people I love a laugh after the past few years. What I hated was the terrible bad language which I presume was put in to make it sound light hearted and funny. How come shows like The Big Bang Theory, Friends, Two and Half Men even, do not have to use such bad stuff but work on the writing by finding really funny writers. I know the writers were women but it seems so male focused and not even the slightest related to reality. Are we really expected to believe that thousands of single males would have no interest in any woman turning up in the Gold Fields ? I love the diverse characters and I really hope it gets better as it goes on. I am no prude but I found the use of bad language just a cover for an inability to write a really funny line. I know its harder to write comedy but we do have some really good funny people who should have reviewed the scripts. They should have referred the scripts to the guys from Doug Anotony AllStars etc.

I think you look to much into it of course its not reality if you don't like potty mouths then maybe it's not for u unfortunately swearing is the way of the world 😊 just have a laugh that's it
