Love the dresser. Next time though, to save on your Gold Leaf, cut it into strips, you will find it much easier to work with and less waste. 😊

Thank you! ❤ Personally I prefer to freestyle with the gold leaf. None of it is wasted…🙂 I collect any left over pieces in a jar and use them on the next piece. I show this on my video of the pink dressing table. But hey…if that works for you…go for it! 🙂

So pretty I have been wanting to try gold leaf but then I see how messy it is and plan dismissed, it's like glitter it's beautiful once you seal it . I'm still picking glitter from yrs ago even though I vacuumed but I did like your furniture makeover

I keep a mini vac on hand for the bits I can’t collect in my jam jar. I try and re-use every last bit!

Thanks! Yes you must cover the transfers and imitation gold-leaf with a water based sealant or wax. The paint used is self sealing 😉
