"Bangalore ko bhool jayo" at your own risk. Yeh bataana khabhi nahi bhoolna key, Gurugram is in Haryana. So beware. Bangalore (and Hyderabad) are in South India. That's the difference. Bangalore meh prices realistic hai, while in Gurugram it is speculative (bubble formation).

maine do hafte pehle shift kiya hai Gurugram mein . Yahan ke rent 15k shuru hota hai 1RK , 21k 1BHK . 35 k for 2 BHk per month. Rent bahut hi mehenga hai. Aur agr aapne mehnat krke apne aap khoj liya property tab to thik hai vrna Brokers bhi ek mahine ke rent ka aadha ya kaho poora rent as a brokerage lein. Yeh main Sohna road ka bat rha hoon Aur vaise bhi yeh development authorties kya kr rhi hain, yeh fake valuation rokne ke liye? Kyunki humko sabko pta hai do number waale paise lge hain ....vo kaahn se aate hain Politician, thkedaar aur doosre businesses se toGovernment authorities kyun hi bolegi. Bss GAreebon ko pisna padega. JO aadmi 30k Kama rha hai vo 10k rent de rha hai(bijli paani bill chhod ke )...to 20 k mein uska ghr parivar kaise chalega

I my self invested in DLF arbour and now it’s on premium of 2 crore. These are super luxury property and in Gurgaon all the top 1% earning people are residing and everybody want luxury apartment with high class neighbours. I believe this boom will stop now as price is super high. I recommend new investor please think twice before investing your hard Earn money.

Salaries are not increasing in tune with property prices. Introspection points: 1) For 5 cr flat, expected rent might not be less than 3L per month. Will tenant pay this in next 5 years? Job market is that great globally. 2) Maintaince fee of luxury apparment due to gentery expectation would be high. Will that be sustainable for end users i ggn.
