his cadence is the best of all time, those legs are pistons, so efficient with every stride landing underneath and propelling him forward and not up and down.

His cadence on the last lap mas 220. Everything above 180 ist very high. Most hobby runners have a cadence around 170

Its just unbelievable how fast Bekele motors those legs! He looks more like a 100m sprinter than a 10000m runner

Bekele is the greatest long distance.But El guerouj is the greatest middle distant ever

you cannot compare bikele to el guerrouj , as you can see elg beat bikele very easy
