Is hiker really any good? I feel like it'd struggle to even make 20 extra chips a hand without excessive deck building or just going for the same 4 cards over the entire run AND getting it right at the start

I just had a straight flush run on orange stale with the old update. Seance holo first shop. Every arcana had the world (spades). I successfully played straight flush every blind from ante 2 up except I never got a single useful one besides gold seal 3 times. Lost on ante 6 with a near perfectly played run. Feels so bad. The seed had a lot of fun stuff lmk if you want to try

They seriously need to buff straights and straights flushes, the game currently strongly reward high card builds or just having all the cards be the same

I actually think abandoned deck is one of the easiest, it's the second one I beat on gold stake. Thin to win is the best strategy for consistently drawing strong hands.
