This is longer than I am used to. I get it at the chiropractor, but mine takes at max about 30 seconds and that depends on which doctor does it. To be clear, this isn't a criticism at all. I'm just interested in the various techniques for treating it.

Are you guys using a phone to record? Maybe switch notifications off and maybe the person needs to keep the mic away from them the breathing sounds are annoying. Otherwise good video
