Some of you need to understand that the issue isn't that Muller was onside, it's the fact that the play was called. As a Madridista I can say it would be a goal IF the play wasn't already stopped and the Real players stopped their play. The whistle should've never been called, it should've come afterwards. That way it gives Real players a chance to continue their defensive play and allows Bayern to continue their attack. Whether Bayern scores that same goal of the Real players don't stop, we will never know.

The ref fucked it up. He shouldn't have blow the whistle. Huge mess and try to fix it by giving like 6 extra minutes, but its not verifiable on the VAR because the play was over and you can tell the RM players stopped moving afterwards

Everyone in the world hates Madrid for their success. So any decision that goes for them is made the focal point instead of the actual match. Nobody is talking about how the ref allowed 15+ mins for extra time. Even with var and stuff I have never seen 6 mins of added time in the extra time. If the ref had blown his whistle at the 11th or 12th min as he should have we wouldn't be discussing refs but instead about how Tuchel made bad decisions. So you see Madrid never gets the credit that they deserve.

Whistle blew even before De Ligt took the shot due to which Madrid stopped playing and De Ligt had basically an open goal since The entire backline stopped. Also the game should have ended at 11 mins (9 mins added time + 2 mins added by the ref which was clearly shown due to VAR check and other stuff) meanwhile the De Ligt shot came at 13-14 min mark around 2-3 min late than the official time for the game to end. Anyone calling this robbery doesnt know what they are talking about

Firstly, yes the whistle blew before he took the shot but that's not the argument. The argument is that the whistle shouldn't have been blowed because the offside flag went up when nobody was actually sure if he was offside. Plus, the added time was there due to the var decisions that you already mentioned plus other stoppages. Also i don't remember them saying anywhere in the match that it was only an addition 2 mins being added onto added time.

Its not checkable because the ref blew the whistle and the play ended. Its only verifiable if the play continues. The mistake was blowing in the first place, but its offside from De light anyways, he is going for the ball if he doesnt touch it. There's no robbery there.

after the game i concluded two things: 1. de ligt's shot was after the madrid players heard the whistle and stopped playing, lunin doesn't try to save it at all, de ligt shouldn't have shot it, the real problem is the fact that bayern got robbed of a CHANCE to score a goal, instead of the goal they actually scored AFTER the whistle, the referee should never stop a play like that, the offside was so close that you can't even be sure now, but also we can't take de ligt's goal as valid, that was more open than a penalty, not even the gk is there to stop it, i don't blame madrid or bayern, this is all on the linesman and the referee. 2. in the imaginary scenario that the play wasn't stopped, and neither the defenders or lunin were able to stop it, and it still happened to be a goal, bayern would have lost anyways, and i'm blaming tuchel here, 30 more minutes at the bernabeu without attackers it's su!cide, he didn't have a chance honestly

I can't stand either of these teams but all these people justifying this and shouting "crybaby" are in denial. If Madrid had lost like that, there'd be no end to the tears. It's fine being all righteous when the outcome went your way. Wait till it's your turn then stay quiet because you wouldn't want to be a hypocrite. There was a whistle to stop the game, they shouldn't have kept playing and scoring, Real stopped playing because there was a whistle...It doesn't matter what was there, the game was stopped, Real Madrid players were stopped, but they continued to play even though they shouldn't have. Bayern wasted all their potential big chances. Their final ball was poor. Passing like they are amateurs. This isn't neuers fault at all. He can't score goals too. Big players didn't step up. Fantastic performance from Laimer, Musiala, De Ligt, Pavlovic, Davies, even Dier. The rest, shit. No fight in them, no proper team spirit either

Criminal substitutions from Tuchel to take off Kane and Sane for a defender. I would understand 2 goals up but taking off two strikers when it's 1 goal away from extra time and penalties? Parking the bus against Madrid with 5 at the back just let Vini and the strikers make runs and surprise surprise they scored 2 goals in the 10 mins following the subs. Don't want to see anyone begging for Tuchel at United.
