Hi, I am an art teacher in a southern black community. I wish I could convey the importance of what you have said in this video to them! Maybe you could make an African American art video highlighting and showing photos of all these artists you have mentioned? I love what you have said here, I would definitely show this to my students if you had pictures in it too!

Lots of things happen for All Artist in and around 9/11, for most Artist. Before after artist in Animation , with outsourcing to China and other. Difficult for all diverse Artist. You're right, your group and others can re- create via Virtual energy. What I would like to see, as in late 70's and 80's where all Artist was United. Embrace each other. Lock Down has created a vacuum, Art the rehabilitation from Isolations. God Steed.👣🗽🦅🇩🇰🇺🇸🎆

The artists you listed artists are a few of our esteemed masters. In fact, the musuem realm has yet to acknowledge the true greatness of many our legendary master African American artists. Many of our esteemed masters are finally beginning to receive recognition in the museum realm, but the community at large didn't have a chance to see or acquire their works. The GAAAA was a specfic movement where artists gained popularity by making their art accessible to the masses though distribution channels, community art shows, art festivals and other community venues. Technology and other printing advancements, made it possible for artists to reach millions of African Americans homes.
