Do you really not realize that the guy is a fraud and this is a fake AGT performance? The guy is lip-synching on all the fake AGT performances videos he has posted on KZfaq. He has made several different videos performing the same song. For example, Air Supply - Making Love Out Of Nothing At All. He has made at least 3 videos of that song as well as songs by Bon Jovi and Guns 'N' Roses.

As for the music, you will need to give the original artist/songwriters credit and pay them royalties for the music, though the words and performance would be yours.
