3rd story: Was expecting OP's parents to side with their niece but instead sided with OP. Honestly, good on them for siding with their own kid rather than someone else's. There are too many stories where the parents side with the troublemaker rather than the OP and blames the OP for breaking the family, but this is not the case here. Yeah, its still their responsibility for taking care of Amy since they let her stay with them because of her condition (immunocompromised), but they sent her back to her parents for making OP uncomfortable after OP explained the situation.
