Just a suggestion for future videos I noticed in your responses that the price is basically 900.000 we need to know taxes current and what they would be at 900g's and homeowners ins estimates and you did mention no HOA fees. Another thing would be how old is the roof for insurance purposes as well as bank lending. Beautiful home.

Most of this area of Florida is considered wetlands and flooding can be an issue. There are flooding maps online. You can google flood maps for Golden Gate Estates. I hope this helps.

Most of Naples is priced out of control It was when I lived in Florida 22 years ago I can just imagine the prices now Big problem is that most of Naples floods really bad Look into any property you buy in Naples cause of flooding Just saying
