Today, my nephew came home from the military on temporary leave! We visited Bacımgil with our family. We cooked 6 different dishes. we made a salad! We cooked barrel kebab, tikka kebab, chicken kebab! Most importantly, we cooked "Black Dolma" from the national cuisine of Azerbaijan, that is, Dolma filled with ground beef made from grape leaves! We also cooked chickpea pilaf from Azerbaijan pilaf. Grandmothers, Grandfathers, Uncles, Uncles came to the city from Kann to meet the soldier. We all had a wonderful family evening.
