Gods spirit keeps revealing and convicting us of our hidden sins and weaknesses, so as to empower us to overcome whatever easily besets us.
God's promise is that if we confess our sins, he is faithful and Just to forgive us, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1John 1:9.
