I never add a drop of water when making beef or lamb curry as the meat is washed and once it is slow cooked the meat gets tender when then fat burns out from the meat.

thank you for acknowledging us Rohingyas and yes it is true my parents fled to Malaysia in secret where I was born then to Indonesia then to Australia where I am now but sadly most of my whole family dad and moms side are in Bangladesh but still in poverty. rn my parents gave birth to my 9 yr old sister and 5 yr old brother and this year my 5 month year old baby girl her name is Noor Fatimah. I am 12 years old we still suffer to this day but we are lucky to be in this country I hope this world becomes peaceful. Myanmar's governments hate Muslims that's why there was a Rohingya genocide and lots of deaths among us btw you made it perfectly good job
