Another possibility is that Tanjiro could've stayed under Water Breathing since Giyuu really wanted Tanjiro to replace him as the Water Hashira. Hence, he was never able to explore Sun Breathing. I still believe Tanjiro's personality would've changed Giyuu's mind regarding his guilt of becoming the Water Hashira.

It could be interesting, tanjiro using water breathing more for giyu, but the problem comes fast when fighting muzan, all the past battles can be win about the same with water breathing but the final blow to muzan requires sun breathing, which is a massive problem. Mabye tanjiro created a combination of the 2 breathing styles similar how he fuse zenitsu's thunder breathing with his sun breathing, this could fill in giyu's hope as well as victory but I'm not sure

What if Tamayo was Tanjiro’s Mother instead of Kie? Like if Kie was one of Tamayo’s secret identities to hide herself from Muzan like how he used fake identities to hide himself? What Tanjiro and the rest of his family be like as Human/Demon Hybrids?

Well said, really nice video! Here are some other potential divergences from canon 1. If Tanjiro was his tsuguko, Giyuu may not have let him go on the Mugen Train with Rengoku since he wanted to train Tanjiro into the next water pillar and was wary of him focusing on Hinokami Kagura instead later on. So that whole arc would not have happened. But then Giyuu may have had some character growth due to training Tanjiro and allowed him to go because of that. 2. If Tanjiro did go to the Mugen Train, there is a *small chance* he could have used Dead Calm on instinct to save Rengoku from Akaza's lethal blow. Since Giyuu would have taught him that form had Tanjiro trained under him. We know Dead Calm wasn't effective enough to stop Akaza's most powerful attack, but Akaza wasn't using that here and wouldn't have had the time to react and amp up his attack since the sun was already rising. So there is a tiny chance Tanjiro would have been more hurt, but that Rengoku would have survived. 3. If in the swordsmith village arc, Tanjiro was stronger, they may have decapitated Hantengu before sunrise, which would lead to them never discovering that Nezuko is immune to sunlight. So the last two arcs would happen completely differently.
