Hollywood golden girl Goldie Hawn has learned a thing or two about stress while juggling her career, kids and rapid rise to fame. But by establishing a mind-body connection, she's been able to overcome it, and says you can too.

I met Goldie Hawn years ago and I I couldn't get over what a beautiful person she is. On the way back, I kept repeating to the driver, "She's precious! She's precious! She's precious!". She's gifted as an actress, and beautiful as well, and she was most gracious to me. Meeting her was a wonderful experience.

For those who seem unaware, you may not know that after Goldie had her children and her marriage broke down, she had to make ends meet on her own. Her ex husband, Bill Hudson, basically abandoned the children. Being a single Mom with two babies would be stressful especially worrying about whether a new role would be around the corner. Have some empathy for how she must have felt? She was scared and anxiety prone as a result. I admire her courage to be so honest about it. Fortunately for her, meeting Kurt Russell was wonderful and they have proven to be a great couple despite the occasional ups and downs of marriage etc. have a heart people. Namaste.

For the zillioneth time....Bill Hudson DID NOT abandon his children!!! Goldie made it near impossible for him to see them! There are court documents proving Bill having to bring her into court for CONSTANTLY ignoring the custody/visitation agreements. Look, I like Goldie myself. But the truth is she wanted Bill out of their lives and Kurt in...period. I feel very bad for Bill for constantly getting the bum rap. But the public court documents are very easy to see that Goldie did what SHE wanted and developed this whole "poor lil me" scenario which is TOTALLY false!

@@LightworkBeaconnothing wrong with getting your facts straight. It doesn't take more then a minute Google search..its no different then watching a KZfaq video if a celebrity and wanting to get the full story. It's kinda judgemental to call someone creepy when you have no basis for that.

Goldie is one of my favorite actresses. She is outstanding with how she got over stress. Depression is a tough thing to go through. But she is a person, who was strong to overcome it. You don't ever give up, no matter. Believe in yourself, that you'll make it.

You know I've begun to watch Goldie Hawn on you tube and she is a really good motivational speaker and I just glean her wisdom and I think she should have a podcast or something called ask Goldie really I'm not kidding sometimes we find ourselves in new chapters doing and being something we always did and always were and its great when it helps others. My ex husband said she had the greatest tush in Hollywood but she's much more than that.

Awe I love Goldie, although we've never met, we went to the same H.S. (Montgomery Blair in Silver Spring, Maryland) Goldie graduated a few years before me. I'm flattered that I've had so many tell me that I remind them of Goldie...HUGE compliment for this girl!!!!!

Wrong thinking Katie, at 1:28. That way you disable them, and make them dependent, and will not grow up to be fearless human beings, to be fully blossomed human beings. Because, nothing is certain in life, and as much as you try to make things certain, life will take its course. So teach other values instead - teach them to love themselfs, teach them to be fearless, to be honest, to live in the moment. No matter if the moment is dark - that will give depth to ones life. Do not put mind in them.

Vulnerable at 20-21 is better than 40-45. It sucks going back to school for nursing while working, my bf shot himself this year, just lost my job and have to move. Oh well.

And why does this woman think we can relate to her story? Poor baby. "I just wanted to be a mother and a dancer, but instead I made millions of dollars, have a millionaire husband, and millionaire children". How about interviewing the DISABLED VETERANS. I'd like to hear their stories instead.
