Please make a video of gajalee hotel in vile parle and the patice and kachori you tried are available in Gujrat and in Mumbai where there is Gujrati locality they both are actually know as faradi patice and leelva kachori the difference is that indore they only provide single piece that's it is big and in Gujrat and Mumbai it's given according to the weight you want like 100 gm etc
