We have the same recipe also with your lola recipe dun sa province namin in Batangas we use dayap or lime instead of lemon. Pero pag wala talagang dayap or lime we use kalamansi. I enjoy watching you making leche plan. GOD bless you and your family.

Hi Cong…just watched this episode, sabi ng Nanay ko yung sugar syrup ang style nya is burn syrup, putting the sugar in a pan let it melt then put a little bit water to caramelize it bago ilagay sa mga llanera…para daw pg binaligtad, shiny and candy like…yun lang hehe…hope you can try it.
