Chicken binakol is my favorite soup. Only one of my favorite restaurants here in Manila cooks that. I am glad Sir Goma reinvented himself nicely and productively, giving both entertainment and learning experiences in culinary. The most enviable part is the “eating” time. Yum!

cong, na overcooked na un veggies mo :) maganda last na ung ilagay pag luto na un chicken and carrots. also what i'd do differently is to brown the chicken a lil bit first for few minutes before ko lagyan ng sabaw..but this is something i really want to try. thanks for featuring it. comfort food ito!

Napakaganda talaga sa probinsiya, fresh ang lahat. Suggestion ko lng po na dapat bandang huli ang leafy vegetables like the dahong sili para hindi malata, at dapat mauna ang patatas. Always put the vegetables in boiling point..& quick. I learned from my mother that meat should be cooked in slow fire & vegetables in high fire...Hats off to Hon. Richard Gomez..
