This Singaporean staple is simple and very soothing.
Then ingredients are:
Chicken Marinade:
Chicken Thigh Fillet
Salt
Black Pepper
Chinese Cooking Wine
Spring Onion
For Rice:
Ginger
Cloves of Garlic
Stems from 3 stalks of spring onion
Japanese Rice
Chicken Stock
Scallion & Ginger Sauce:
Salt
Scallion
Ginger
Oil
