The home of the best Torta IN Cebu is IN argao. .. Every week jd mag crave m that's why when we go to argao we make sure maka bring home jd m hehehe. Watching here IN Cebu Mayor Richard.

Gusto ko yong oven mo.i remember my mother baking torta evry all souls day in Argao cebu.we bake it in native oven.up and down ang apoy.oo we use tuba (yong dawat, yong puti,hindi pa naka lasing)and many eggyolks, usually yong native chicken eggs ,star margarine,evap milk,active yeast, vanilla,sugar,raisin,all purpose flour and lard(mantika sa baboy.but for healthy version can use vegetable oil.we mix it in a big basin(kase maramihan gagawin namin)manually.but theres another version too.yong binatel.(like a cake version)which includes the eggwhite and I stead if tuba we use royal true orange or panta for torta binatel.but what makes the torta with tuba is it last longer and more tastier than the binatel version.
