Tried this chutney now. Came out very well . I just skipped jaggery and used only 5 chillies . Also added a bit of tamarind at the end as the tomatoes here in US does not have natural tanginess.

You should add 2 teaspoon of fenugreek so that batter get it's taste in the early morning. Ratio 1: 4 (1 cup urad dhall : 4 cup rice whatever u r using) I am grinding like this.
