1/2 tbsp Ginger Root, coarsely chopped
5 Thinly Sliced Carrot (10g/0.4 oz)
1 Dried Shiitake Mushroom, rehydrated
100g Bok Choy and Napa Cabbage Leaves (3.5 oz)
15g Boiled Bamboo Shoot (0.5 oz)
2 Jelly Ear Mushrooms, rehydrated
2 Boiled Quail Eggs
1 package of Steamed Yakisoba Noodles
1 tsp Sake or Water
- Sauce -
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Sake
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Pepper
120ml Water (4.1 fl oz)
2 tsp Potato Starch
1 1/3 tbsp Water
Sesame Oil
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
