Try to not only use this information for a test, use to better your quality of life, and testosterones levels, assuming your a male. Increase your nutrient intake, look up the nutrient dense foods and eat them, get more zinc, selenium and magnesium. Increase blood flow to the brain and pituitary gland by exercising, with weight lifting and cardio (for example martial arts training) and eat foods for brain blood flow, like what I used, Gingko Biloba (not for the same issue as yourself, but more so for brain health and better memory), also lose body fat. Update me on how your situation changes, God willing.

I better understood the topic and i can confidently say i am ready for the quiz in my class. Such a short, yet detailed and informative explanation of the roles of the hypothalamus and anterior/posterior pituitary gland to the reproductive system. Biology becomes interesting when you get to understand its aspects, of course this also applies to other subjects and alike. After all, knowing and understanding something often makes us interested in delving more into them.
