This time I need to be honest guys . The way I see jus these past 5 years chiefs is playing and how selection of line up has been I believe every coach that is come there will have a problem. The interfering of manangement in coaching department is one of the biggest problem . Chiefs need to hire people whose coming there to work not this what's Bobby and Junior are doing . We need to corrects our mistakes by restructuring our manangement department so that we can not face a problem like that we all seen about arthur Zwane whose doing nothing for us with shepard and you hired someone who was also there when things didn't got well for us . We can fight coaches all as we can but our biggest issue is our management.
