Our mission is to empower the Bronx through nutritious food access and plant-based cooking education
Bronx Eats is founding the Fordham Farmers Market in 2024 and offers in-person whole foods cooking demos and classes all over the Bronx that teach healthy recipe preparation for diverse cuisines using as many fresh and local ingredients as possible.
