I used to live around that zone in downtown Manhattan and watching this brought back so many memories of the days i would take for me and my camera only, watching life passing by with the intention of maybe capturing a little bit of its essence for later on. Great work lad

"you're just a guy shooting stuff". really nice short film you've created here. i really like the simplistic, hand-held camerawork and the visual style and colours created in the lonely urban setting. great work! the narration was well-written too and had good sound design. i put out my first short film a few days ago that I wanted to create a similar theme of the importance of a camera in a character's life. we even used the same opening credit font. if you wanted to check it out and leave any feedback it'd be really cool to hear what you think, but no pressure if you don't want to. just trying to get my stuff out there. again, nice work and good job for creating something in such a short runtime!! :)
