You look at the great steeler teams of the 90's and early 2000's, they had everything but a qb to make runs to the superbowl and the one superbowl that they did go to in 96 neil o'donald was solely responsible for that god awful performance that lead to that Superbowl loss. Three more overlooked records by Ben Roethlisberger: 1. In 2007, he became the first QB in NFL history to have two games with a perfect passer rating in the same season. Only Lamar Jackson has joined him since, in 2019. 2. He has the most regular-season games with a perfect passer rating in NFL history (four). However, if playoff games are included, then Peyton Manning ties him. 3. He did not turn the ball over in any of his three 500-yard passing performances in the regular season, and he won all three of them.

The only two quarterbacks of his era I would put above him for sure are Brady and Manning. He only refers to Ben's rapes as "allegations" without ever mentioning the word rape and that he was never charged. He also does not mention the fact that he paid off the rape victims. I cannot help but to believe Eisen's obvious double standard when it comes to BB and DW is racially motivated. I used to watch the Rich Eisen Show but I would rather watch paint dry! The last time I checked rape is a far worse offense then any number of hand jobs. Last time I checked rape is far worse then anything DW is accused of...

Think what you want... but athletes, musicians, actors, face so many ALLEGATIONS. Some are true, some are false. Some we find out through evidence that they are true or false. Some we never know, it's a he said she said. Sometimes it's an attempted money or fame grab. It's important to remember, whether you like Big Ben, or whoever the person in question is... they are allegations. Nothing more unless proven.

Ben won 13 games at the peak of MACtion and was the face of it lol everyone who watched back then knew who he was especially if your team needed a QB

Assault charges were dismissed because he's a white steelers qb one of the most prestigious NFL teams in the league ever. Technically, Ben should have gotten what Darren Sharper got, but he was too important to the Steelers, so Big Ben's victims got paid off to shut up and keep it quiet. Now they protect his image but DeShaun Watson's image is still impacted.
