We can find ourselves the most depressed, when we hold the wheel the tightest, our will if it isn't submitted to Christ's will, will lead us to dark places that weren't meant to be taken. If you find joy from other people your joy can be stolen and killed. If your joy is found from having a life easily controlled, God will show you who really is in control. You can eat healthy and still die from the chemicals in the air. You can work out and try to escape your negative thoughts. But the only thing that can free you is giving up and letting God tell you what to do. God bless you guys.

Everything literally everything u are talking about is SPOT ON!! I feel you honey 100% Oh honey I'm literally choked up and almost in tears bc what u are saying is completely in like with what's happening to me. I want to say this. The fact that you are broken bc you so desperately want to line up shows your heart and I promise honey you are on the right track. 100% well on your way to what you need to happen.
