Plz dont use retinol in day it is besically vitamin A and sun can damage ur skin if u use in day always use retinol in night and dont use every singal day it will gonna irritate ur skin it cause dryness im begening u skin will go worse before it goes better u can have acne, redness, and flaky skin so start twice a week and with time add more day when u use 1st time wait for 4,5 days and see how ur skin react pregnant, breastfeeding mother dont use retinol it can cause abnormalty in baby and in the last search on youtube how to start retinol tysm🥰🥰

How about inviting unsung heroes ( for inspiration for other) someone who is running a garage school or some organisation who gives food to the poor. You can teach skills with which women can earn money or ideas ( yours and others) of ways women can earn money from home the possibilities are endless. Oprah Winfrey show was the top show for 25 yrs or so snd she said that she always provided service to ppl she also said that there isn't a job or platform from which service can not to provided. Think service NOT ratings 🤔🤔🤔 and the rest will follow and YES service can be provided along with entertainment
