The new payrise is rubbish….Unison demanded 13% pf payrise n RCN for 19%.Now these unions asking us to vote for this pity 5%…Ridiculous. It will give you 137.25 pounds per month increase if you are a Band 5😂

You should try to bribe them, then they would do it. I know it doesn't sound good, but what can we do corruption is everywhere. Reference from your hospital email is necessary.

You can become band 3 or 4 easily if you are on a dependent Visa but it's difficult to get sponsorship for this post
