GOOD NEWS For Those In Removal. Get Your Case Terminated.
In this video, I discuss a new memo issued on April 3, 2022 by the Department of Homeland Security that outlines the prosecutorial discretion powers that ICE attorneys have to settle removal cases. ICE must determine whether a case is considered "priority" or "non priority." Cases that are non priority may be terminated (which the memo says is the preferred option by ICE). So basically for an example if marriage i130 is approve during a removal proceeding and the last step is to file adjustments status and the individual hearing is in 2/3years he/she would be qualify for prosecutorial discretion if DHS join ahead and agree.?

I have a question.I received a letter 9 months ago stating that I should leave the country in 30 days.Otherwise I would be placed in removal proceedings.I never received any other notice from immigration. In this case,does that also apply to my case?What can be done in my case?

Hi Mrs. Mcbean I am so glad for this Information about the order to deport . My name is Delroy Colville . In 2004 I was arrested and charge with felony homicide . I was tried and found guilty and sentenced with a life sentence in October 2006 . I appealed and my conviction was overturned and reversed by the NY Court of appeals in 2012 and received a new trial . In October 2013 I was tried and found not guilty of 2 felony charges and released from Rikers Island on October 10th , 2013 . While I was upstate in 2007 I went to immigration Court and they ordered me deported after my sentence was completed . However I won my case on appeal and is free but that order is a stumbling block in my way preventing me from adjusting my Status as a Permanent Resident . I' ve been in America sense 1991 with a clean Police Record and I worked very hard in this Country and deserve to be adjusted so I can make use of the opportunity that is available here . In 2016 my elder Daughter who is now 27 years old Petition for my adjustment of. Status but we could not. Show up for the Interview because of fear of ICE detaining and or deporting me . I was represented by NYLAG at the time and was advised of the risk of detention and or deportation . So I would like to have Consultation with you because I believe that I fall in the category of those whose deportation order should be reopen and overturned . Since I've been released from prison I've not seen a immigration judge . Please I can be contacted at 347 - 316- 3994 . Thank you so much for the much awaited news keep up the good work .

Hi miss I am from California came here in 2010 with my daughter my husband came in 2009.He tried to extend visa but they sent a letter to him you can go back. Very good news Attorney McBean...I petitioned for hubby 😍 and he is a visa overstay, but had a deportation on his record. I hired a immigration attorney for him. We been married 8 yr. On asylum, By girl friend in the usa has no order to removal after Case been heard by the judge and no result yet for 2 months. What do u thing will happen if there is nothing in her record bad? At her interview, the judge ask the ice lawyer if she was an enforcement priority, the ICE lawyer said no. But there was no relieve for her to apply for at the moment. What do u think will happen to her case already before the judge? She was told by the judge to wait as long as she can until the judge can decide. What do u think will happen with this new statement from ICE? Will it influence the judge decision for positively or negatively on her behave?

Hi , a friend of mine had voluntary departure since 1998 , he his married to his. American wife since 2016 went to the interview and had I 130 approved his lawyer file join motion to reopen 2019 until now no answer from ice do you think he has to redone his case by using a new prosecutorial ruse or just wait for ice to reply ?
