They have similar issues like Malik Riaz's Bahria Town but not exactly the same problem, as the land was initially given for factory/cement factory at very cheap rates. This land is not yet fully cleared for commercial and residential purposes, and some litigations are still ongoing.

@@mohammadyasirkhan2709 This is not a clear land this is for sure. What did happen to Nasla Tower? SBCA gave them NOC, KE provided electricity, SUI gas provided connection, and KW&SB provided water connection. But, just for a 20-yard or lesser portion of the illegal area the complete Nasla Tower has been demolished. Please make a little effort and search for the case(s) that is/are still pending in courts regarding Mr. Habib's venture.
